A ETHOS – Associação de Terapia, Educação e Assistência Animal, is an organisation that develops educational interventions and animal-assisted therapy with children and young people with disabilities and/or inability of the Caminha municipality.

One of ETHOS’s projects is provide two children suffering with a disability institutionalized in Caminha municipality, free sessions of animal-assisted therapy to improve their quality of life in a sustainable way, especially in terms of learning through school. These sessions include a multidisciplinary evaluation and development sessions targeted to the specific case of each of the children (Down’s syndrome and foetal alcohol syndrome).

The goal of ETHOS is to reach €2,000 which will allow Richard and Catherine (not the real names of children) get weekly therapy sessions, free of charge for one year.

If the final bidder will be present during the ARTBEERFEST Caminha, in Portugal, the winner is the special guest of Mikkel Borg Bjergsø where he will deliver personally the raised value to ETHOS, and the products will be autographed in the presence of the winning bidder.

In case of shipping, the costs will be covered by the organisation.
